Rental Business Increasing 24th April 2012

Since opening our second office in Babbacombe, Torquay, not only have we seen a rapid growth of new business in the immediate area, but there has also been a huge increase from new Landlords in Paignton and Brixham as word travels fast across Torbay of our expanding business.

The start of the second quarter has also seen a dramatic increase in Tenants searching for their ideal property, proving that rental demand is still high for both Landlords and Tenants alike.
